Using a circle cutter the same size or slightly smaller than the crackers, cut out rounds of ham and pop one on top of each cracker. May also broil the cracker topping after baking for a crunchier texture. For a drier mac and cheese, use a 9 x 13 casserole dish and cook for 15 minutes. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until shredded cheese is fully melted. Mix together Ritz crackers and melted butter and sprinkle over the top. Top the mac & cheese with Ritz crackers and shredded mozzarella in the Dutch oven. Mix the melted butter with the crumbled crackers.
